GDPR Compliance and Data Residency
We are fully GDPR-compliant and committed to protecting our customers' personal data. We strive for transparency in our personal data collection and processing practices. We follow the principles of "data protection by design and by default", including implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data. For enterprise plans, we can provide our GDPR Checklist upon request.
All our databases, their replicas, and the API servers are located in Europe. Only the public assets served from our global CDN are distributed worldwide.
Security
Our API servers and database servers are housed in top-tier data centers across Europe. These facilities comply with GDPR, are tier 3 certified, and hold ISO 27001 certification. They offer high levels of network and power redundancy, as well as robust security and prevention measures. For enterprise plans, we can provide a "Security, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity" document upon request.
SSO
For enterprise plans, we can implement a Single Sign-On (SSO) policy as an additional feature, tailored to each individual case.
Custom roles and Permissions
React Bricks allows for the creation of multiple custom roles to enhance permission management based on roles.
We offer fine-grained permissions at various levels: User, Page, PageType, Bricks, and even within a Brick’s sidebar controls.

Scheduled Backup on S3
Enterprise plan customers can activate the Scheduled Backup service. React Bricks will create a daily backup of all content and assets, then upload it to the customer's S3 bucket. This ensures you always have a complete copy of your content in JSON format, including all images and files.
This service integrates effectively with the Self-hosted backend as fallback service.
